     Advising Automobile Dealers LLC provides independent consulting services designed to help dealership owners and dealer prospects address operational challenges, financial issues, and strategic decisions. There have been clients that came to us to write business plans for open points the factories/distributors and in some cases we advised them not to proceed because, in our opinion, the store would not be profitable and it turn out they did not.

     Also, there were a number of cases where either the lender or the dealer brought us in to advise on Out-of-Trust cases and we recovered substantially more dollars than thought possible before our arrival.
