Why Us?

Because we have been through it all.

Everything from the oil crisis of the 1970’s, to the 21% interest, runaway inflation and resulting decimation of dealerships in 1980 and ‘81, to the market crash in October of 1987, to the dot com bubble of the 90’s, and the recession of 2000 (a time when Mercedes and BMW dealers could not give away their stores), to the crash of 2008 and GM’s bankruptcy, to the Covid crisis of 2019, to today’s inflation.

We witnessed the passing of Studebaker, AMC, Pontiac and others. We witnessed the birth and death of the Saturn and Hummer franchises, and the empty facilities they left behind. We even witnessed the death and resurrection of Lincoln (the franchise).

We took dealers from one store, to one of the top 100 dealers in America and then, to selling their stores to the publics.

Why us?

Because in addition to our knowledge and experience, we bring to your table a perspective of the industry that few, if any, other can.
