In addition to analyzing licensing and other governmental issues, Mr. Sexton investigates fraud, embezzlement and “out of trust” issues, and recommends protective and countermeasures.
Mr. Sexton has testified in the Colorado District Court as an expert in tracing assets and proceeds in racketeering investigations and as an expert in the automobile dealership field. Mr. Sexton has also served on Federal, State and District Grand Jury Investigations.
